Description
The Borough of Grove City, PA completed a side-by-side trial project (control vs. fiber) on Spring Street. The entire road was first milled and then filled. Half of the street had FORTA-FI® in the 1” wearing course and the other side was used as a control. Over the next several months/years, both sides of Spring Street will be analyzed and the data will be compared. The results will indicate the success of the fiber vs. traditional mix.
