Description

Shawnee Road in Milford, Delaware was selected for the Delaware DOT’s first pilot project. It’s a heavily traveled two-lane roadway that had extensive transverse and alligator cracking. The eastbound lane from Union Church Road to DuPont Highway was paved using a design with both FORTAfied® 8’ WMA and included RAS (virgin shingles) and the westbound lane was used as a control lane with no fibers.
