Project Description
FORTA-FI was was used to reinforce the asphalt in this 60 mm thick (14 mm nominal stone) base course mix with 4.7% of PG 64-28. The wearing course mix is 40 mm thick of EB 108 (10 mm nominal stone) with 5.2% of PG 70-28 that will be placed next year. This road contains 6,550 m2 of fiber reinforced asphalt and is 10 meters wide. This is the first project containing FORTA-FI HMA done in this city.
