Description
The Pennsylvania State Police Barracks’ parking lot in Butler, PA was in need of an overlay to replace existing deteriorating asphalt pavement outside of their main building. Due to the positive reputation and proven success of FORTA-FI®, the State Police Barracks chose to utilize the fiber in their parking lot overlay mix in order to extend the life of the asphalt by controlling the cracking and rutting issues.
