Description
FORTA-Fl® for asphalt was selected to reinforce the pavement on this short connector street in a heavy industrial area in the City of Painesville. Due to the multiple-axle vehicle traffic volume in this area, Munson Street was badly cracked and heavily rutted prior to the repair. The new three-dimensionally reinforced overlay provides a smooth driving surface, and sections of asphalt curbing were added in various locations to help control storm water run-off.
