Description
The City of St. Charles, MO needed to undertake a 2” mill and overlay on Hathaway Lane. They decided to use FORTA-FI® reinforced asphalt to extend the new overlay’s design life and attain an overall reduction in future maintenance costs. This will result in long term cost savings and less disturbance for local residents.
