Description
Paving took place over the extremely distressed existing asphalt. FORTA-FI® reinforcement was chosen as a cost effective alternative to full depth removal and replacement.
Update
Since only a thin overlay was chosen, it was expected that thermal and/or reflective cracking would take place fairly quickly but two years after construction, virtually no cracking has taken place.
