Description
After milling the pavement edges, a 2” FRAC overlay was placed on badly deteriorated 5th Street in downtown Casper. To address the need to control reflective cracking, FORTA-FI® reinforcement was chosen by the city in place of their standard 6 oz paving fabric for ease of installation and to avoid future problems with recycling.
